ONLINE EVALUATIONS AND CERTIFICATES 

Due to programming issues participants cannot print certificates from our website at this time. We are working on the issue and hope to have it corrected soon. If a participant needs a printed certificate please contact Paula Gipson or Cindy Lewis or call us at 325-658-6571.

ESC Region 15 has made online evaluations accessible and online retrieval of attendance certificates in PDF format to participants via the staff development record Web page.  Online evaluations and certificates are available 4 calendar days after the session ends.  An email reminder will be sent.

You MUST enter your Username and Password

Scroll down, and leave dates blank and then Click Continue 

The participant will see all sessions attended. When the session has passed the 4 day rule Evaluation will show to the right of the session. Please click on Evaluation. Fill out the information and click submit. Once submitted the Staff Development Record screen will come back. Click Certificate and follow the prompts to print.

The participant will see all sessions attended and if a copy of a certificate from past sessions is needed, click Certificate and follow the prompts to print.
